Trinity Vocational Center is a CPR training site that is affiliated with an American Heart Association-certified training center, Continuing Education Unlimited, and is affiliated with EC CPR and its instructors. We offer the following classes:

Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers - new certification and renewals

Reserve this class

This course covers adult and pediatric CPR including 2 rescuer technique and use of a bag-valve-mask; management of foreign body airway obstruction and use of an AED and barrier device use for all ages.

Intended audience: Healthcare providers such as EMT’s, First Responders, Paramedics, Nurses, Physicians, Dentists, Respiratory Therapists or anyone else in healthcare who requires this credential for the workplace.

Card type: BLS Healthcare Provider Course completion card valid for 2 years

Schedule: Tuesdays, 1pm to 5pm; Renewals can also be scheduled on a one-on-one basis, pls. contact us to schedule

Heartsaver CPR

Reserve this class

This course teaches CPR and relief of choking in adults, children and infants and use of barrier devices for all ages.

Intended audience: Those who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements. For example, members of the safety or medical emergency team in the workplace, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts or anyone wishing to learn CPR.

Card type: Heartsaver CPR Course completion card valid for 2 years

Heartsaver AED

Reserve this class

This course teaches CPR, AED use and relief of choking in adults, children and infants, and use of barrier devices for all ages.

Intended audience: Those who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements and have access to an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED).

Card type: Heartsaver AED Course completion card valid for 2 years

Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid

Reserve this class

This course teaches how to manage illness and injuries in a child in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Topics include First Aid Basics, Medical Emergencies, Injury Emergencies, and Environmental Emergencies. Optional topics include CPR and AED.

Intended audience: Those involved in child care who have a duty to respond to a first aid emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements, such as day care providers, preschool teachers, camp counselors, youth organizations or coaches for children’s sporting organizations.

Card type: Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid course completion card valid for two years

Schedule: Wednesdays, 1pm - 5pm

Family and Friends CPR

Reserve this class

This course teaches how to perform CPR in adults, children or infants and how to help an adult, child, or infant who is choking.

Intended audience: Family members, friends and members of the general community who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card. This program can also be a non-credentialed option for middle and high school students.

Card type: Participation card (not a certification card)

Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid teaches how to care for victims of injuries or sudden illness. Topics include uncontrolled bleeding, burns, poisoning, shock, and choking emergencies, as well as child CPR. A certificate will be issued upon successful course completion.
Family & Friends CPR
